6.1 All games available on hypbet are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.

6.3 Technical Malfunctions. 9.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude hypbet's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
10.1 hypbet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
10.2 Closure by Player. You may close your hypbet account at any time by contacting hypbet customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of applicable fees and pending bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to identity verification.
10.3 Inactive Accounts. Accounts that have been inactive for twelve (12) or more consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity fee of ₱50 per month, deducted from the account balance. hypbet will provide reasonable notice before applying inactivity fees.

14.4 PAGCOR Complaints. If you believe hypbet has acted in breach of its regulatory obligations, you may file a complaint with the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR), the relevant regulatory authority for online gaming in the Philippines.
